Daniel Wakeford
Daniel, who describes himself as a singer songwriter with autism, has gained a cult following in mainstream culture due to his show-stealing appearances on Channel 4’s “The Undateables”. In 2016, Daniel released “Songs Of Gigs”, which included “I Love Girlfriend” and “Playboy Girls”, both of which featured in the Spotify Viral Top Ten. The album was supported by a UK tour and gained attention from national press, radio and television including an interview with Holly and Phil on iTV’s Good Morning. Daniel and his band, “The Daniel Wakeford Experience” have toured extensively around the UK in 2017, selling out shows at 200-300 capacity venues and being invited to play The Great Escape in Brighton and Transmusicales in Rennes.
“A lot of people know of Daniel from a TV show. I just heard his music…and instantly fell in love with it. The show I caught in London recently was an absolute delight, sheer joy and showmanship with wonderful songs.”
